Tim Louman-Gardiner

Tim Louman-Gardiner is a litigator at Farris in Vancouver. He practices civil litigation, primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation and insolvency and restructuring. Tim also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including assisting clients involved in arbitration and mediation. He is a member of the Civil Litigation and Insolvency sections of the BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, and the Turnaround Management Association. He also volunteers his time to pro bono causes, including Pro Bono Going Public and the Civil Chamber Duty Counsel Program.
