Mary Thibodeau

Mary Thibodeau is a labour, employment and human rights lawyer at Moore Edgar Lyster LLP in Vancouver. Mary gained experience helping workers with wrongful dismissal, employment standards, and human rights matters during her time at Parkdale Community Legal Services in Toronto. During this time, she also volunteered at the Workers' Action Centre, where she participated in campaigns to raise the minimum wage and achieve systemic legal reform. Mary has volunteered as a caseworker with the Community and Legal Aid Services Programme, and as a research assistant with Pro Bono Students Canada. She has written case commentary for TheCourt.ca, and was an associate editor of the Osgoode Hall Review of Law and Policy
