In her nearly 20 years of litigation experience, Kim has dealt with a wide variety of issues, including builders liens, drug prosecutions, custody disputes, and of course, employment matters. She spent nearly a decade in a senior advisory position at the University of British Columbia (Okanagan), so she has a first-hand understanding of what it’s like to be on the client’s side of the table.
