Kimberley Knapp

Kim started her 20-year legal career with a clerkship at the BC Supreme Court, followed by a private litigation practice divided between Davis & Company (now DLA Piper) and Hunter Litigation Chambers. She has published in a variety of areas including causation in tort law and vicarious liability. Kim is currently non-practicing as she undertakes her Master of Laws with a constitutional specialization. She is passionate about the rule of law, and happy to lend her time to public legal education.
