Jonathan Blair

Jonathan is a lawyer in the Community Law Program at CLAS with a focus on administrative law in the areas of mental health, human rights, housing, income security, and workers rights. During law school, Jonathan worked as a legal advocate with the Together Against Poverty Society in Victoria, providing legal representation and advice to low income and vulnerable individuals in the areas of income and disability assistance, and residential tenancy disputes. Prior to joining CLAS, Jonathan clerked for the Supreme Court of British Columbia and worked as Crown counsel with the Ministry of Attorney General.
