Brock Martland, KC

Brock Martland, KC is a criminal lawyer in Vancouver. He handles trials and appeals, mainly for the defence, but also for the Crown. A graduate of Queen’s University and the University of Victoria, he clerked for Justice Major at the Supreme Court of Canada, then completed articles with the Vancouver Crown Counsel office, before joining the firm of Smart & Williams in 2001. His present firm of Martland & Saulnier is the successor to that firm.
