Our ChatGPT-enabled bot is now up and running. Beagle+ sources answers to legal questions using information from our websites (so you know it’s reliable).

Beagle+ takes over from an earlier version of our chatbot, built on a different type of artificial intelligence. (Learn more about our chatbot journey.) Now powered by ChatGPT-4, Beagle+ shows great promise at providing helpful, empathetic responses to people's legal questions.

Instead of just telling you how great Beagle+ is, let's show you. Here are some excerpts from recent conversations Beagle+ had with people dealing with legal issues.

User: How much severance pay am I entitled to after 19 years of service?

Beagle+: I'm really sorry to hear you're going through this. It must be a challenging time for you. When it comes to severance pay in British Columbia, there are some key points to keep in mind, especially with your long service of 19 years. [goes on to explain the key points and links to our web page on severance pay]

User: What is a grant of administration without will annexed, and how do I get one?

Beagle+: When someone passes away without a will, it's a bit like leaving a puzzle without the picture on the box. You know there's a way to put everything together, but it's not clear right away. This is where a grant of administration without will annexed comes into play. It's a legal way to help sort everything out. Let's break this down step by step. [gives a summary of the steps and links to our step-by-step guide]

User: I bought a vehicle from a private seller for $4,000. The vehicle died after two days of driving and I was told it needed a new engine.

Beagle+: I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble with your vehicle. That must be very frustrating. When you buy a used car from a private seller, the situation can be a bit tricky, but let's see what options you might have. [explains the options and links to our in-depth page on problems with a used car]

Beagle+: Before you go, I just want to remind you to take care of yourself during this process—it can be a lot to handle, especially with other commitments in your life. Remember to take things one step at a time.

User: What a "KIND & THOUGHTFUL SOUL" you are! We need more humans to behave like YOU!
