Volunteer

Since 1972, thousands of volunteers have supported the delivery of People’s Law School programs and resources. Thanks to them, we’re able to positively impact the lives of over one million British Columbians each year.

You could join them as a People's Law volunteer. Our volunteers have typically been lawyers, notaries and experts from a variety of backgrounds. But if you're passionate about access to justice, and want to help get the word out about People's Law, we'd love to hear from you too!

Why volunteer

When you volunteer with People’s Law School, you help strengthen the community and the justice system. You also showcase your expertise — and get recognized for your contribution. And as a volunteer, you can build skills and feel good about giving back.

Volunteer roles

There are three primary volunteer roles available with People’s Law School.
