Carolyn Janusz is an associate lawyer at Black Gropper in Vancouver. She practices workplace law, representing trade unions and associations as well as non-unionized employers and employees in the areas of labour, employment, human rights and workers compensation law. In addition to being a strong negotiator and strategic litigator, Carolyn provides practical, strategic advice in issues surrounding all aspects of the employment relationship. Carolyn completed an internship at the International Labour Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, where she worked on the 2007 Global Report on Equality in the Workplace. She has also worked as an advocate and legal researcher at the Ontario Ministry of Labour and Human Rights Tribunal.
