Wills and Estates

Having a will ensures your estate will be distributed according to your wishes. Lawyer Don Drysdale will cover the legal requirements in making a will, what you should include in your will, and what happens if you die without a will.

Don Drysdale is a founding partner with the law firm Drysdale Bacon McStravick. Don has a busy wills and estates practice, and in his spare time presents seminars on the subject of wills and estates for the Justice Institute, Canada Revenue Agency, Burnaby Public Library, People's Law School, and other organizations. Don also provides pro bono legal advice clinics to seniors at the Dogwood Pavilion the second Tuesday of every month.
