Dealing with an estate can feel overwhelming. There are so many questions. Do I have to apply for probate? What are letters of administration? How much time do I have to settle everything? Don’t worry, we have you covered. In this free 1-hour webinar, return speakers Nicole Garton and Stacie Ayukawa from Heritage Law answer questions about dealing with an estate. Bring your questions and Nicole and Stacie will answer as many as we can get to.

Nicole Garton is a lawyer and mediator with Heritage Law, where her practice is focused on estate planning, estate administration, and assisting parties to resolve estate disputes. Stacie Ayukawa is a paralegal with Heritage Law, and an instructor at Capilano University where she teaches wills and estates law courses.

(To learn more about the probate process, watch the recording of our June webinar on settling an estate, also featuring Nicole and Stacie.)
